Capital City Futsal have introduced a new wave of football. One that will develop and polish our young football player’s skill for the future of New Zealand football. Futsal, where football stars such and Ronaldo and Ronaldino first started.Futsal is a great way to develop your outdoor football player's skill. Small sided games is the ethos all over the world for developing football skills. The benefits of playing Futsal are the individual close ball skills that are developed through an increases number of touches during the game. Players are nearly always placed in reduced space situations and are constantly forced to make quick decisions developing speed of thought and quick reflexes. Futsal is also a fun sport for anyone. It is the only other form of FIFA accredited football. Join our Youth Futsal and get the chance to play in the Youth National competitions, win medals and meet Phoenix players where available at the end of season prize giving. Join our under 10's and 10's and under for youth Futsal coaching and informal games to practice your Futsal skills. Under 10's Tuesdays/Thursdays 3.30-4.30pm, Wellington Chinese Sports and Cultural Centre, Newtown (above the National Hockey Stadium). 30 minutes of coaching and 30 minutes of informal games. Cost is $70 for 8 weeks. Run during the school term. 10's and Under Fridays 3.30-4.30pm, Anglican Sports Hall, Thorndon (opposite the Botanic Gardens main entrance). 30 minutes coaching and 30 minutes of informal games. Cost is $70 for 8 weeks. Run during the school term Youth Futsal (10-12 years) Tuesdays 4.30-6.30pm, Wellington Chinese Sports and Cultural Centre, Newtown (above the National Hockey Stadium) You will need to form a team with a minimum of five and a maximun of seven, to play five aside Futsal.
